-Today’s theme in our countdown to the end of the year is: Q is for Queen! Wear your favorite band or musician tee to school today! And listen to your FAVORITE song before school to pump you up for the day! Tuesday’s theme is R is for Rainbow! How colorful can we make the hallways? Wear your most colorful clothes!
-TODAY is THE DAY! If you have been referral free this year and have had 10 or less absences, then you will be joining us for the end of year movie and snacks reward during 6th & 7th hours in the large commons! There is a list of who currently qualifies outside of both the Main Office and Room 213. If you qualified you should have also received an email with a link to vote for the movie that will be shown! You will go to your sixth period class and we will dismiss you by the intercom. We are proud of this huge accomplishment! Keep up the great work!
-Student Parking: Any student that has a Memorial Stadium parking permit will no longer be able to park in that parking lot due to construction.Those that purchased a parking lot please park in the Converse lot now. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Metzke.
-All library books are due back TODAY. Please check your school email account for overdue library and textbook notifications and see Mrs. Corcoran in the library if you have questions or concerns about lost materials.
-May is mental health awareness month. According to Gateway to Mental Health Services, students' mental health Impacts learning and achievement. Children and adolescents who have mental health problems may have trouble learning and may also have difficulty completing tasks and concentrating. These children are also more likely to have lower grades and take a leave of absence from school. If anyone you know is struggling or if you are struggling with your mental health, please seek the proper help and attention, so you or someone you love can have a better future.
-Volleyball conditioning will be held on June 1 & 2nd from 5:30-7:30. The rest of June will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30pm-9:00 - don’t forget to bring your water bottle.
