-Congratulations to both the JV & Varsity girl’s volleyball teams on their victories last night over Peoria High.

-"If you need to sign up for Behind the Wheel, please go see Ms. Kauffman in her new room- 2-066. Fall driving times are filling up fast."

-This is a reminder that girls tennis practice is going to be from 3:45 to 5:30 Monday through Friday for any girls interested it will be at the Southeast courts. 

-This year in order to attend extracurricular and school/district events you will have to meet grade, attendance, behavior, and tardy criteria. Here is the criteria: you must have 8 or less tardies for the current quarter, you must have 5 or less absences for the current quarter, you CANNOT have ANY suspensions in the current quarter, and you must be passing 5 out of 7 of your classes at the time of the event. There will be a universal lesson TODAY during your 5th period class elaborating on this policy and an email is also going out to all guardians communicating this information. Please speak with your assistant principal regarding any questions about this policy.

Join us in this after-school program sponsored by SIU School of Medicine, in partnership with Springfield Public Schools District 186 and the Sangamon County Medical Society. It’s a very quick turnaround - all applications are due by 4pm this Wednesday, August 28th.
