And now it’s time for today’s welcoming ritual. Please take a moment to discuss your response with your class: How do you show kindness to yourself? The concept of kindness isn’t just applied to others.  It’s also about the way we treat ourselves.  We tend to be our biggest critics, which can make it hard to be kind to ourselves. Some examples of showing kindness to ourselves are:prioritizing ‘me’ time, buying yourself a meaningful gift or engaging in a hobby. What are some ways that you show kindness to yourself or what is one way that you can commit to showing kindness to yourself in the near future?

Have a great day lions!
