-Auditions for this year's One Act play will be THIS Monday after school in Room 244.  Even if you haven't been able to make it to a Drama Club meeting yet, come try out and get involved!  Copies of the script and audition forms can be found outside room 244.  

-Student Voice Team Members - Please remember to turn your permission slips into Room 240 (into the folder on the whiteboard) ASAP. Our field trip is on Tuesday, October 3rd and we will be leaving at 9:15am. We must have your permission slip in order to attend. Please check your email for additional information and email Mrs. Pochynok with any questions. There are more permission slips in 240 if you need one. 

-Students, please remember that the football games at Memorial Stadium and Spartan Field are school functions and all behavior guidelines will be enforced at all times during these games. Any inappropriate behavior displayed at these games will result in consequences that will be enforced by the administration of (Name of School). This includes behavior inside the stadium, as well as adjacent to the facility. All spectators are expected to remain seated during all games. Anyone standing or roaming about will be asked to sit in the stands, failure to comply will result in you being removed from the stadium. Failing to abide by the football stadium expectations may result in you being escorted from the stadium. If you are escorted from the stadium you will not be allowed to return to future games. Football games will conclude at approximately 9:15 p.m. Please make sure your ride, if needed, is at the stadium to pick you up at that time. Most importantly, we hope you and your friends have fun and enjoy the football games in District #186.

-Softball will begin open gyms on Wednesday, October 4 at the field.  They will be from 3:30 - 5. See Coach Handy with questions. 

-Attention: any girl that would like to play soccer this year. There will be a short meeting after school on Thursday, October 5th in room 42. If you have any questions, please see Coach Vargas!

-Open gym for girl’s basketball is being held on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. See Coach Collins or Coach Daniel if you have any questions.

-The cheer team is looking at having an additional tryout for the winter season!  Any 9th through 12th grader interested in trying out for cheerleading will need to complete the interest form and tryout packet which is on Canvas. The Google interest form is due by October 9th at 5pm and you will bring the complete packet with you on the first Clinic on October 12th.  Again, this is to check to see how many students are interested.  A minimum of 10 students will need to express interest in order for a tryout to be held!   

-Prospective NHS students need to return their forms to Ms. Grendze no later than TODAY to be accepted into this year’s NHS.
